GET OUT - SAISO CUPID
A music video by Cits Studios
THE CONTEXT
“Get Out” is a record about emotional distance, frustration, and cold clarity.
The video needed to feel intimate without being literal — stylish without being forced — and grounded in a real environment instead of a fabricated set.
Cits Studios built a world where streetlights replace stage lights, chrome replaces color, and silence replaces chaos.
Minimal elements.
Maximum feeling.
A Modern R&B Visual Rooted in Mood & Restraint
THE APPROACH
A Cinematic Study in Shadow & Space
1. Negative Space & Isolation
Wide frames emphasize distance — emotional distance, physical distance, and the tension between the artist and his environment.
2. Automotive Iconography
The black classic car becomes a character itself — a moving sculpture reflecting the city’s ambient glow.
3. Streetlight Color Theory
Sodium lamps, storefront LEDs, and passing headlights create an unpolished, real-world palette:
deep greens, muted ambers, and stark whites.
THE OUTCOME
A Minimalist Performance Film With Maximum Atmosphere
The “Get Out” video positions Saiso Cupid within a clean, modern, fashion-driven visual world — one that feels more like high-end editorial photography than a traditional music video.
The final piece is a slow-burn visual experience that lets the song breathe and the artist’s presence speak for itself.
A quiet flex.
A confident statement.
